Return / Exchange Policies
Vitality Works takes great pride in the products offered and the delivery methods used. If for any reason you are not happy please contact us immediately. If the product is faulty we will gladly replace the product. All returns must be in their original condition including all protective packaging and returned within 7 days of you having received the goods.. If you change your mind, exchanging goods is at the discretion of Vitality Works. You will require proof of purchase to return or exchange the product. If the product has been damaged in transit, please let us know immediately and we will contact the courier company directly to sort out any claims.

Warranty Policy
All products come with a one year warranty from the date of purchase. During this warranty period if your product fails to operate under normal use we will provide you with free repair or replacement. Please Note: for pedometers this warranty does not cover broken clips, damage caused by water or liquid, replacement batteries or negligence by the user. In addition to the product manufacturers full NZ warranty, Vitality Works provides a 30 day replacement warranty on all products. A limited liability warranty applies to all products for up to a year.

Please note products that are to be returned for one month replacement will require all original packing and accessories. One year repair requires product only. Prior to returning an item please contact Vitality Works to receive technical support and a return authorisation number.
